Refund policy

  • Shipping fees
We offer complimentary shipping worldwide for orders above 350 Euro.This does not include customs or any extra fees that might be necessary for the delivery of your order.

  • Returns
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have the possibility of returning it.

To return an item:
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request your return. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.

Returns are on the expense of the client. Up to two returns are accepted, after that we do not accept returns for any reason other than quality reasons on defect items.

Please post your return back to us within the original packaging, and a message explaining the reason of the exchange, to the address: MAURIZIO S.A. 113 AL. PANAGOULI 14121 ATHENS GREECE Your new items will be shipped you at no additional cost to as quick as possible. You will be notified via e-mail about the re-send date.

  • Refunds
Refunds will be processed, minus the transportation fee if any, as soon as returned items undergo quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction. Please note that the refunded amount will be reduced by the return cost as detailed below. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
  • Store returns
This applies to items purchased from MAURIZIO shop only. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Items purchased online can be exchanged for items to the same value or more in any MAURIZIO's shop provided it is accompanied by the original packing within 10 days.
  • Changes and cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact us via the website contact button as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
  • Fraud
The company does not take in charge any responsibility of refunds; if a third person had placed an order with a stolen card, or stolen bank details.
  • Custom fees
For purchases from countries outside EU any customs clearance fees, or customs handling fees for processing the import declaration will be on buyers expense.
